Add/Change Class Members window
Purpose
Use this window to maintain the participants scheduled for a class.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Scheduling and click Add/Change Class Member.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, H, M.

Look for | Enter a student name to look for. The grid automatically moves to matching students as you type. |

Class |
Displays any classes set up in AIMsi. Each class displays in as many rows as there are students. For example, if the Firearm Safety class has three students, Firearm Safety is listed in three rows. Click one to populate the boxes on the right with information. |
Student |
Displays the student name associated with the class. Click one to populate the boxes on the right with information. |
Class | Select a class for which you want to add or remove a student. |
Student |
Enter an account and student number. This box supports F6 functionality; the Pick Customer window opens. Once you select a customer you maybe be required to select the student on the Select Student window. |
Next Due Date |
Displays the next date a payment is due for this student and class. To quickly enter today's date, press T on your keyboard. To quickly back-date or forward-date by one day, use the Hyphen key (-) and Equal key (=) on your keyboard (alternatively, use the Minus Sign and Plus Sign keys on your keyboard number pad). To quickly back-date or forward-date by one month, use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard. This box supports F6 functionality; the Choose Date window opens. |
Rate | Displays the billing rate for this class, or the amount you will charge this class member to attend. Update this value as necessary. |
Billing Type | Indicate if this rate should be charged weekly, annually, on a per class basis, or other similar billing cycle. |
Instructor Fee Code* |
Displays the amount the instructor receives for this class. Instructor fees are set up on the Add/Change Instructor Fee Codes window. *The label of this field may not be Instructor Fee Code. This is determined by the ScheduleTitle system variable. |
Category |
Select the non-inventory category to use to make ledger entries for this student and class. Non-inventory categories are set up on the Non Inventory Categories window. |
Autopay | Select this check box if fees for this student and class will be automatically charged to the customer. |
Type | Indicate if automatic payments are of type Credit Card or Bank Debit. |
Only if payment is late by _ Days |
Select this check box to indicate that fees are only automatically charged to a credit or debit card if payment is late by the number of days indicated in the Days box. This box is only used if the Autopay check box is also selected. |
Credit Card/Type/Exp |
Displays credit card information (card number, card type, and expiration date) for automatic payments. These boxes only display if OpenEdge or Vantiv is selected in the Auto/Web Pay Gateway box on the Workstation window - CC tab. |

Edit |
Displays the Edit Credit Card window where you can swipe or enter credit card information. This button only displays if OpenEdge or Vantiv is selected in the Auto/Web Pay Gateway box on the Workstation window - CC tab. |
Save | Saves any changes you've made to the class members. This button only displays if you've added or edited a class member. |
Cancel | Cancels any changes you've made to the class members. This button only displays if you've added or edited a class member. |
Delete | Deletes the highlighted class member. |
Add | Clears the window so you can add a new class member. |
Exit | Closes the window. |
